Honesty + Experience = Integrity Home Inspection of Wyoming

Whether you’re buying a new home, building a new home, selling the home you’re in, or just want to stay on top of maintenance tasks for your current home, protect your family and your investment.  Let Dave Tenney at Integrity Home Inspection of Wyoming put his expertise to work to perform a home inspection for you!

The purchase of a home is quite possibly the largest single investment you will make in your entire lifetime and the process can be very stressful and overwhelming at times.  At Integrity Home Inspection, it is our desire to give you peace of mind and help you objectively evaluate the condition of the property you are interested in so you are able to make an informed decision.

The home inspection will look at the readily accessible and visually observable
systems and components of the house.  Most of the report will consist of maintenance items and minor imperfections which, if delayed over time, could lead to loss of value in your home.  At other times an inspection may reveal more serious issues such as:

     1.      Major defects   (a significant structural problem)
     2.      Things that could lead to major defects (a water leak in the flashing around                          a chimney)
     3.      Things that could hinder your ability to insure or finance the home (A roof                              system which is at the end of its useful life)
     4.      Safety hazards (The absence of GFCI receptacles)

The home inspection report will be easy to understand, and is intended to give you a snapshot of the overall condition of the home at the time of the inspection.  It will include detailed descriptions, digital photos, and thermal images and will comply with the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) - the world’s largest association of professional home inspectors.

Additional services such as radon testing and RecallChek are available for an added charge to serve you and ensure that your home is safe.
