Integrity Home inspection

The purchase of a home is often the largest single investment that people make in their entire lifetime and the process can be very stressful and overwhelming at times.  My desire is to give you the benefit of many years of experience and knowledge in order to set your mind at ease with an objective evaluation of the condition of your prospective new home.

A home inspection is an unbiased evaluation of a property preformed by an independent third party who does not have an interest in the sale or repair of the property.  They are a snapshot, so to speak, of the overall condition of the home.

My inspections will look at the readily accessible visual components and systems of the home and will substantially comply with the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the worlds largest association of professional home inspectors.  It is not intended to be a comprehensive list of  everything that is, or could possibly go wrong.

Manufactured Home Foundation Certification

image15

If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the "HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes", dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We have partnered with the engineers at Foundation Certifications to provide a turn-key foundation certification service to you.  You can find more information and may place your order online by going to the Foundation Certifications web site.

Testimonials

Integrity Home Inspection is the only company our Real Estate Agent recommends.  With Dave's very professional, timely and thorough service, we now know why.  We were very grateful to find out the important, hidden information on our property.

Ken

Dave inspected our house before we purchased it.  I am no rookie when it comes to houses, but after I went through our new house with him, I learned a whole lot more!  He brought to my attention things I'd never thought of.  He's awesome!

Bob

For the last 3 years, Dave Tenney has done the majority of general home inspections for my clients. Dave has a wonderful relaxed way about him, without sacrificing attention to detail. In fact, Dave is one of the more persnickety home inspectors I know, and for the purposes of a buyer, that is is what you want. Persnickety while still being realistic. Dave is able to explain issues to our clients in laymen's terms, and my clients and I walk away satisfied with the scope of his inspections, time and time again. Thanks Dave!--

Dave recently inspected one of our homeowner’s units to ascertain the origin of an ongoing problem.  Dave inspected the unit thoroughly and was able to determine the origin of the issue and recommended several solutions to be implemented to resolve the problem. We found Dave to be responsive, thorough and knowledgeable.  We highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection.   Cheryl - Woodglenn Homeowners Association, Treasurer.
